Kim Hollcroft, a lifelong kitchen enthusiast inspired by her mother and great-grandmother, earned her Baking and Pastry Arts associate degree from Cascade Culinary Institute in 2018, including a three-week internship in Denmark. After years of working in various kitchens and bakeries, she launched Blomst Bakes in 2022, named for the Danish word for “flower” to reflect her Scandinavian roots and love of horticulture. While specializing in celebration cakes, she’s passionate about creating unique flavor pairings in cookies, bars, and pastries.
